The Dementia Care Foundation has over the years, directly supported access for seniors to appropriate, Superior Quality Dementia Care in those facilities using the Lakeview Ranch Model of Specialized Dementia care. In addition to our primary goal of providing ALL Seniors in need of specialized dementia care, regardless of financial ability; we believe in working towards change in the current system of dementia care by Setting a High Quality standard for Dementia Care which includes, a focus on recognizing and utilizing one's remaining abilities, maintaining dignity and meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of our Seniors in addition to their physical needs: and, in addition, provides compassionate, palliative end of life care in their comfortable home environment with familiar loving staff.
