Dementia Care Foundation is a Non-profit, organization registered in Minnesota, USA. Fed ID # 41-199-0004. It was established in 2000 by Judy Berry, with the aim of supporting access for ALL to innovative models of quality care for those with dementia. Today, The Dementia Care Foundation supports direct care for seniors in need of financial support using the Lakeview Ranch Model Of Specialized Dementia Care, by tax-deductible donations that come from people like you.
