All procceds from the sale of these cards go to the Dementia Care Foundation scholarship fund provide alternative funding for low income seniors to ensure "Equal Access" to necessary & appropriate dementia care services such as the Lakeview Ranch Model of Specialized Dementia care.
Available in 10 packs of assorted note cards or 10 packs of specific residents' paintings for $20.
All artwork were done by individual residents of Lakeview Ranch with varying stages of dementia.
