Donation
The Dementia Care Foundation welcomes gifts in all amounts. There are several ways for you to give to the foundation. Options include outright gifts of cash, appreciated securities, and a wide range of planned-giving opportunities.
Your will is also an important and personal means of providing support. It is an easy and meaningful way to create a legacy that lives on in service to others.
Donors are assured that contributions will be put to work immediately to support projects that are consistent with the mission of the foundation. Our staff will be pleased to work with you and/or your advisers to help arrange your gift to the DementiaCare Foundation.
Gifts in Memory of family members or friends, or in honor of special occasions, are also appreciated. Although gifts in any amount are welcome, gifts of $250 or more will be recognized in our donor report.
*A special endowment fund has been established to honor those creating an individual endowment of $10,000 or more, and corporate endowments of $25,000 or more. Primary focus is to build a base that will provide long-term financial resources for sustaining and enhancing the mission to the DementiaCare Foundation.
