Terms and Conditions
Inclusions:
Roundtrip air from Minneapolis to Orlando, transfers to/from ship, 7-nights cruise accommodations including all meals and entertainment aboard ship and donation to the Dementia Care Foundation.
Deposit:
A deposit of $300.00 per person is due at the time of reservation.
Final Payment:Â
Final payment is due February 10, 2008.Â
Cancellation Penalties:
Prior to February 20, 2008 – $50 per person (except for cost of any insurance purchased).
Between February 21, 2008 & Apr 2, 2008 – $300 per person.
After April 2, 2008 – No Refund.
Items not included:
Not included are optional shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, and items of a personal nature.

Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance:
Optional trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Prices are based on total cost of trip and age. Access America Classic Program is available at the following costs plus a $6 processing fee: Cost per person: $54 (Age 0-30), $68 (31-59), $91 (60-70), $119 (71-75), $136 (76-79). Insurance should be purchased at time of deposit.
