DementiaCare Foundation is a Minnesota 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized under the name of Lakeview Ranch Innovative Dementia Care Foundation. Perhaps you have faced, or are currently facing, care-giving decisions for a loved one. Understanding the costs associated with specialized residential dementia care, the foundation strives to be a source of financial support through direct care scholarships and program support.
