WELCOME TO THE DEMENTIA CARE FOUNDATION
DementiaCare Foundation is a Minnesota 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized under the name of Lakeview Ranch Innovative Dementia Care Foundation. Perhaps you have faced, or are currently facing, care-giving decisions for a loved one. Understanding the costs associated with specialized residential dementia care, the foundation strives to be a source of financial support through direct care scholarships and program support.
If your life has been touched by dementia, you understand the need for change. You can help restore dignity to others with dementia.
Here are ways to get involved.
Over ten years, Dementia Care Foundation has given over $1million in scholarship to low income seniors in need of specialized dementia care.
